Commercial Data Cabling in Las Vegas
We install data cabling for offices, warehouses, retail spaces, and tenant improvements throughout Las Vegas. Coordinated with general contractors and IT teams, built to support business operations from day one.
Data Cabling for Offices, Warehouses, and Retail Spaces
Commercial data cabling varies significantly by environment. Offices need clean drops at workstations, organized network closets, and room to grow. Warehouses need longer cable runs, conduit protection in high-traffic areas, and ceiling-mounted infrastructure for access points and cameras. Retail needs POS network drops, wireless coverage, and security camera cabling. We work in all of these environments across the Las Vegas valley.
What's included
- Data drops to all workstations and device locations
- Patch panel and network rack termination
- Cable pathway planning and conduit work
- GC coordination during construction phases
- Testing, labeling, and as-built documentation
- IT team handoff with complete port maps
Cabling for Tenant Improvements and New Buildouts
Tenant improvements are where getting the low-voltage cabling right from the beginning makes the most difference. We coordinate with your general contractor on timing — rough-in happens before walls close, trim-out and termination happen as the space nears completion. We work from your floor plan and flag pathway issues early so they get resolved during construction rather than after the walls are finished.
Good fit for
- Office buildouts and tenant improvements
- Retail spaces requiring POS and back-office network drops
- Warehouses and distribution centers
- Medical and professional office spaces
- Multi-tenant commercial properties
- General contractors needing a low-voltage cabling subcontractor
Reliable Network Infrastructure for Business Operations
Commercial data cabling is load-bearing infrastructure for modern business operations. Slow or unreliable cabling affects every device on the network. We install cabling that meets or exceeds the requirements for the hardware your business uses — and we test every run before the space is occupied so you know the infrastructure is solid before your IT team starts network configuration.
Common signs you need this
- A tenant improvement is starting and cabling is unscoped
- The general contractor needs a low-voltage sub on the schedule
- Drop counts were set before the final floor plan changed
- Walls are about to close with no cable roughed in

Planning Commercial Data Drops and Cable Pathways
Drop count and pathway planning require thinking through the actual use of the space — workstation layout, peripheral device locations, network rack placement, and access point positions. For larger projects, we review the cable plan with your team before pulling any cable. This step catches layout issues while they are still easy to address.
What the work involves
Every commercial data cabling project in Las Vegas follows the same basic sequence, scaled to the size of the space.
Scope and site review
Commercial projects start with scope: how many drops, where the closet sits, what the building allows, and how the work fits the construction schedule. Getting this settled early is what keeps a cabling package on programme.
Rough-in during construction
On new build-outs we pull cable while walls are open and ceilings are accessible. Rough-in is dramatically cheaper and cleaner than retrofitting the same runs into a finished space.
Trim-out and terminations
After paint we return to fit wall plates, terminate jacks, dress the rack, and bring the patch panels up. This is the stage where the install starts to look like a finished system rather than a bundle of cable.
Closeout documentation
We finish with test results, a port map, and consistent labeling. For commercial tenants this record matters — it is what the next IT provider or building manager relies on.
Commercial spaces we support
We handle commercial data cabling for office suites, multi-tenant buildings, warehouses and distribution centres, medical and dental practices, retail units, and hospitality spaces across the Las Vegas valley. Typical projects are new tenant improvements, expansions into adjoining suites, relocations, and network upgrades in buildings that have outgrown their original cabling. We work throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Enterprise.

What types of commercial spaces do you cable?
We work in offices, medical clinics, dental practices, warehouses, distribution centers, retail stores, restaurants, and multi-tenant commercial buildings. Each environment has different requirements for cable pathways, drop placement, and infrastructure organization — we have experience in all of them.
Do you coordinate with general contractors on buildout projects?
Yes. We regularly work as a low-voltage subcontractor alongside other trades on tenant improvement and new construction projects. We coordinate on rough-in timing, pathway planning, and documentation handoffs. The earlier we are involved, the smoother the project goes.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
Useful starting points include the type and size of the space, the number of workstations or device locations, the services you need (ethernet, WiFi, cameras, VoIP, or a combination), and whether it is new construction or an occupied space. A floor plan is helpful but not required for an initial estimate.
How far ahead should we book cabling for a build-out?
Reach out as soon as you have a floor plan and a rough construction schedule. We need to be on site before ceilings close, so knowing your framing and drywall dates lets us slot in at the right moment. Late bookings usually still work, but they cost more because the pathways are harder to reach.
Can you work in an occupied multi-tenant building?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Working in occupied buildings means coordinating with property management on access, elevator use, and after-hours work in shared areas. We plan that into the schedule rather than treating it as an afterthought.
What happens if the floor plan changes mid-project?
Layout changes are normal on commercial jobs. If a wall moves or a department grows, we adjust the drop plan and tell you what it changes in cost and time before doing the work. Nothing gets added to the invoice without you agreeing to it first.
